ABSTRACT
Osmar Arandia earned a PhD in management at the EGADE Business School. He is currently strategic director at Universidad Cristóbal Colón in Mexico. His research interests are on humanistic management, social responsibility, sustainability, business ethics and strategy. Dr. Arandia has publications in refereed journals and conference papers in international court. Dr. Arandia is a full member of the Academy of Management Sciences (ACACIA), the Academy of Management and Network Humanism and Management.
