ABSTRACT
Having discussed the nature, use, features and societal issues of ICT, we are now in a position to consider the responsibilities and activities involved in ICT development. Four main responsibilities are discussed in this chapter, depicted in Figure 9.1. Seldom are all four discussed together, as is done in this chapter.
