ABSTRACT
The systemic constellations approach to coaching views the coachee and their issues in the context of the systems to which they belong. It uses a mapping methodology that illuminates underlying dynamics, information and resources that are often not seen (or available) using more linear, intrapersonal, interpersonal or cognitive methods.
