Adult learning as an approach to coaching

Adult learning forms part of a group of approaches that has influenced many in the coaching field. Some contributions have been widely quoted, including the work of David Kolb (1984, 2015), whereas other major contributions, such as work on expert learning, have not found their way into the general coaching literature.
