Hunter Lovins, of the Rocky Mountain Institute, to write Natural Capitalism: Creating the Next Industrial Revolution, from which the foregoing quote is excerpted. Although this chapter is titled simply Environmental Law, real estate development has seen a growing emphasis on sustainability that impacts everything from Site Selection to building design to land planning to project financing to property management and building operations.
