ABSTRACT
As we close this book, we invite readers to reflect on lessons learned and think about the future. Reflection anchors our understanding of how the many pieces of school funding fit together, and an eye to the future prepares us to deal with changes that continue to dominate the educational landscape. As traditional roles shift and as lines of authority, power, and influence become increasingly blurred, the future holds both promise and peril.
