ABSTRACT

In therapy, parents often have plans and ideas in their sessions but find them difficult to imple ment under the demands of everyday life. Preparing parents for these circumstances can be helpful. This exercise offers a way for parents to, in effect, take the session with them and step back into it when they most need to.
