ABSTRACT

Entity theorists believe in fixed traits that can be judged readily from behavior or performance, and, as we saw, this applies to themselves and to other individuals. Given this, Sheri Levy wondered whether this might also apply to groups: Do entity theorists think good and bad traits belong to some groups more than others?
