ABSTRACT

Paul Tebo used to run DuPont's petrochemical division, worth $3 billion to the company. Although profitable, this division probably put DuPont on the map as America's worst polluter. Those days have changed however, and now Tebo is a social responsibility advocate and DuPont's corporate vice president for safety, health, and environment. His goal is to transform DuPont from an oil-and-chemicals company to a eco-friendly firm. His most recent venture is in soymilk.
