In addition to the Ministries Matrix process described in the preceding chapter, other management oversight tools should be considered. One of the most powerful revolves around the simple concept of “visibility”—performance visibility, that is. The Board of Ministries, mentioned in the last chapter and discussed further in this chapter and in Chapter 9, would be the logical focal point to carry on this supervision.
