This is the address of thanks and challenge given by longtime activist Barbara Gittings upon the occasion of being honored with an award recognizing her lifelong activism from the Statewide Pennsylvania Rights Coalition (SPARC), meeting in State College, Pennsylvania, on September 16, 2000.
