ABSTRACT
This paper focuses on the differences among four respondent groups (students, practicum coordinators, practicum instructors, and agency executives) in their perception of the importance of various role behaviors of practicum instructors in social work. A random sample of the 84 accredited graduate schools of social work in the United States and Puerto Rico was studied. Both significant differences and areas of agreement concerning perception of role behavior were found among the four groups.
