ABSTRACT
Auditory processing disorders and attention deficit disorders sharemanysigns, symptoms and behaviors. How to distinguish between the disorders, or how to identify if both disorders coexist, is integral to appropriate intervention. Through exploring the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, this chapter provides an overview to better identify those traits which are consistent with ADHD and gives insight into approaches used to remediate ADHD.
