ABSTRACT
In previous reports (O'Neil, Allred, & Dennis, 1992; chap. 10, this volume) we documented several validation studies of our measures of the negotiation subskill of an interpersonal competency (U.S. Department of Labor, 1991, 1992). In this chapter we present results of our initial attempt at measuring teamwork processes using computer simulation.
