ABSTRACT
Do men and women have similar experiences in outplacement? If not, in what ways are their experiences different? This chapter focuses on these and related issues. The discussion is divided in two sections. The first looks at the experience of women as outplacement clients. The second examines the experience of women as outplacement counselors.
