ABSTRACT
The present research yielded a detailed portrayal of how children construct one strategy. Although it is always dangerous to extrapolate from a single instance, many features of construction of this strategy seemed likely to be widely shared. Therefore, in this final chapter, we use observations from the study not only to draw conclusions about how children generate the min strategy but also to suggest hypotheses about strategy construction in general.
