But Does It Really Work Like That? Verifying a Piece of Social Group Work Theory

We are at a time—and our theory building is at a stage—of conceptualization in social work with groups, to work more pro-actively at verifying pieces of theory. Recent advances in research methods, and systematic reports of practice experience at these symposia and in the group work journal make it possible to explore new ways of building our knowledge base.
