As a way of tying the ideas in this book together, in this chapter we'll explore ways of "solidifying" or "anchoring" the changes that youth have made in residential placement. We'll also discuss ideas for sharing change with larger social contexts, rituals of transition, and placement discharge. Last, we'll offer some final thoughts on what we've shared throughout this book.
