ABSTRACT
In Chapters 4 and 6 we looked at some of the reported changes taking place in the workplace in the early years of the twenty-rst century. We considered how the work culture of new capitalism was emerging, characterized by restructurings, exibilization, work intensication, performativity and more political work climates.
