ABSTRACT

The theory of andragogy was developed long before the notion of learning styles became popular. In fact, the andragogy in practice model illustrates phenomena of adult learning styles and the orientation to learning principle highlights this dimension. When individuals become conscious of their

learning style and facilitators become aware of the styles of their learners,

learning motivation and effectiveness increases. This instrument has

particular utility for professionals to assess their understanding of learning

styles.
