ABSTRACT
The Anglo-Russian Convention.— In this work, when dealing with the very important question of the AngloRussian Convention, I have described it primarily as affecting the Anglo-Afghan relations, which is my main theme. W hile acknowledging the importance of the Con vention on our relations with Persia and Tibet, I have dealt with these questions in a somewhat less detailed form.
