ABSTRACT
‘When I came to England I was sad because I left my home. I got in a lot of trouble at first. I had a lot of bad behaviour. I kept hitting children because they called me names. I didn’t know anybody. I never got into fights at my last school. I got angry. I am not in trouble now, I am a good boy. I can speak good English. I think the teachers like me because I smile a lot. Some people still call me names but I don’t bother any more, I just laugh at them.’
