ABSTRACT
Some of the contributors to this volume have been asked to provide moral assessment of the international movement of money from the points of view afforded by various ethical theories. The task that has fallen to me is that of discussing these questions from the point of view which natural law theory affords. Before I do so it will be helpful to say something about what I take natural law theory to be.
