ABSTRACT
Throughout this book attention has been concentrated on the needs and skills of project management. The precise definition of a project given in Chapter 1 has led to particular emphasis on the management of project implementation or establishment, as the important phase of the project development cycle when capital is invested to create assets, facilities or systems.
