ABSTRACT

The renewal of conflict between state and country is one of the phenomena to have emerged very strongly in Europe over the last few years. The disintegration of the states created under Stalinism, which started in 1989, was followed attentively by the whole world. The dictatorship was the despotic umbrella of many people who, through cultural conflicts and wars, are now attempting to create their own countries (as happened after the end of the First World War). Conflict has meant the shattering and disintegration of the old states. The lack of identity between ethnic and state confines increases the tension between state and country.
