ABSTRACT
The quick and overwhelming victory of the US over the 115 Hussein regime was hardly an unexpected outcome, despite momentary doubts about the strategy in the early days of the war. But what remains really uncertain now is how the US will use its post-war clout to create and manage international and regional order. The US approach will vitally shape the stability of Asia.
