Introduction Since April 2013, and in an effort to save £350 million a year, the funding of legal services has been through some dramatic changes. The Ministry of Justice plans further cuts in the future, so your fi rst task when completing assessments is to ensure you are up to date with the changes post April 2013. Note : the latest (15th) edition of Slapper and Kelly on the English Legal System should be up to date with the new changes.
