ABSTRACT
On each visit to forest school it is the adults who can make or break the session. It is their enthusiasm that rubs off on the children and when the weather is cold and damp this positive attitude is absolutely essential. If the children overhear the adults complaining about cold feet it stands to reason that they are likely to complain too! Adults accompanying the children need to be aware that they can inadvertently have a negative impact on the session.
