Being a leader with big ideas can be a great trust builder. However, if you are not careful, it can just as easily cause you to be a trust buster. An important element of trust is how leaders handle the daily solving of problems in the organization or school. ere are many situations that need solutions, and there is never a shortage of problems that demand to be addressed. is is why it is so important for leaders to be people with big ideas; however, some individuals with big ideas frequently break trust in how they handle the generation of ideas and the implementation of possible solutions.
