ABSTRACT
Trust involves risks; trust grows when we take risks with others. And risk implies that one might not get the result expected or wanted. As leaders in the trust-building process, we oen have to take the lead and make the rst move with others. We have to take the risk and show that we are human, that we trust others, and that we can be trusted.
