ABSTRACT

Unfortunately, the older we become, the more serious we become. In fact, according to researchers Alan and Barbara Pease (2004), the average child laughs 400 times a day, while the average adult laughs only een times a day. Additionally, most humor that encourages laughter has less to do with jokes than it has to do with building relationships. e leader whose goal is to create a school where everyone achieves understands the importance of building and sustaining trust. Consequently, she also understands how laughter contributes to building trust, which can support a healthier school climate.
