ABSTRACT

We all know the basics of dodgeball-kids throw the ball at a group of opponents. You try to not get hit by moving around. If the ball touches you, you are out and have to stand and watch everyone else continue playing. e person throwing the ball tries to get everyone out so she wins. Having an “it’s not my fault” attitude is like a game of dodgeball. Someone keeps throwing the ball, trying to get everyone else out, while others keep dodging the objects thrown their way. Playing dodgeball in work situations is one way leaders break trust.
