Today’s Reality The reality within education is that nearly half of all new
teachers leave the profession within the first five years. So, why does this happen? The new teacher enters the profession with all their excitement, exuberance, and desire to make a difference, to change the world! They are quickly required to perform and deliver the anticipated expectations of teaching.
