ABSTRACT
Figure 4.2 describes these different data collection options, along with their
advantages and disadvantages. No matter what approach is used to collect
responses, we recommend moving all data into an electronic environment to
facilitate analysis and presentation of the data. An electronic environment
provides functions that are unavailable when managing data by hand:
statistical functions, disaggregation of data according to demographic
subgroups, and formatting the analysis for easy export or pasting into tables
or graphs.
