ABSTRACT
One of the greatest challenges we face at our school is keeping up with the best way to serve our rapidly increasing ESOL population. While educators at some schools may be apprehensive or even resentful about working with students who do not speak English well, at our school we take pride in welcoming such students and leading the way for other schools in our system in getting these students to meet or exceed academic standards.
