ABSTRACT
One of a principal’s greatest challenges is to work successfully with high achievers. Our high achievers do so much of the work within a school. If we do not work with them effectively, we will lose their valuable contributions, which are often irreplaceable. Effective principals understand these key people, are sensitive to their needs, and maximize their ability.
