ABSTRACT
New teachers can be powerful tools in improving schools . New staff members can play essential roles in the growth of a school. It is critical that the principal provide guidance and struc ture to insure that the new faculty members have the greatest positive impact possible on the school and that they are never influenced by negative teachers.
