ABSTRACT
Dismissal of a difficult teacher should be a final alternative, because of the time involved. Some administrators feel that dis missing a tenured teacher is next to impossible. Administrators would prefer more direct ways to remove difficult teachers from our school. The bottom line, however, is that we cannot allow difficult teachers to continue to work with our students .
