ABSTRACT
If difficult teachers never feel uncomfortable, they will never change. Imagine a teacher who has been employed for 37 years. However, instead of having 37 years of experience, the person has only one year of experience 37 times. These teachers most likely have been allowed to teach in this same fashion over and over.
