ABSTRACT

Thedifficultteachersinyourschoolhavelongbeenthorns inthesidesofyourpositivestaff.Theproductiveandeffective teachersinyourschoolhavegrowntiredofthepowerthese negativestaffyield.Theyaretiredofavoidingtheteachers' workroombecauseofafewpeopleandtheenvironmentthey cultivate.Thepositiveinnovatorshavebecomewearyofthese fewteacherswhofighteverypositiveprogram.Mostimpor­ tantly,theeffective,caringprofessionalsaresickenedbytheway thestudentstheyvaluearetreatedeverydaywhentheywalk intotheseineffectiveteachers'classrooms.Theydonotwant anystudentintheschooltobedehumanizedorbelittled.
