ABSTRACT
By answering these key questions, staffs learn how to improve student learning in every
grade level, in every subject area, and with every student group. By doing this work,
staff is set up to redesign the school day, if necessary, in order to establish a multi-level prevention system. By doing this work, these staffs have also completed a
comprehensive needs assessment and have set themselves up for comprehensive
evaluation.
