ABSTRACT
Administrative support is essential to peer coaching efforts. More importantly, peer coaching as a tool for teachers to examine their practices in ways that make sense to them will not flourish until teachers feel valued and supported in their efforts to improve instruction. Effective supervisors focus their attention here.
