ABSTRACT
One of the greatest challenges to modern-day public education is to bring our school facilities up to 21st century standards so our school children can enjoy safe and healthy learning environments. Sending children to dilapidated, overcrowded facilities sends the wrong message-It tells them they don’t matter.
