ABSTRACT

William Glasser identifies the need to have fun as one of our basic human needs and identifies learning something new as one way to fulfill that need (Glasser, 1988, p. 31). Of course, for many of us, it depends on what that “something new” is. Playing games can help students who might not value learning particular information or concepts as much as we might hope. Games can reinforce and review this content in an engaging way.
