ABSTRACT
This conclusion presents some closing thoughts covered in the preceding chapters of this book. The book represents what the authors believe about passion. It represents what teachers have told them and what they witness to be true in the world. They had the great pleasure and honor of bringing passion into the conversation with hundreds of students. In some ways the process of putting the book together symbolizes the end of a path, but the journey does not end there. They knew in advance that there is no end of the road, no higher power with a magic wand to solve our problems, but they also knew what they can do using passion as a source for both energy and inspiration. Passion is a choice. And choosing passion in a time of insurmountable change will not be easy. Change is hard. It is human instinct to resist it as we find comfort in things steady and predictable.
