ABSTRACT

Focusing on the easier entry points can take us a long way toward our goals. Working with our superstars and our new teachers is both positive and rewarding, but that doesn’t mean we can afford to ignore the resistance we encounter on the path to change. A few negative people with strong personalities will often throw up roadblocks and impede our progress. We know this from the start, of course. Whenever we begin to think and talk about implementing change, these pockets of resistance come to mind. Won’t this upset Charlie Crabtree? What do we do about Molly Moper? Will anything get Ben Blockitall to budge?
