ABSTRACT
With the Barrow case a network meeting was held two days after the crisis phonecall. The following people attended: Dick, Sheila and Caroline Barrow; the GP, Dr Wilson; the school nurse, Sarah Boyd; the Education and Welfare Officer, Phil Hutchinson and the year-head Ms Hackett. This was the fifth consultation.
