Is the group better off now than before, as a desired outcome? The move from survival to thriving status, over the long term (seven to ten years), will be hallmarked by groups who are willing to change and become proactive. Integration has offered opportunity to consolidate resources toward achievement of common vision, mission, and goals while combining services to produce a highly effective and comprehensive unified customer-service system.
