ABSTRACT
Whether you are content to stay as a middle manager, or whether you wish to move on to become head teacher, a teacher-educator in higher education or an education administrator, is very much a personal decision. Whatever your background in terms of formal training and whatever your aspirations, it is clear that regular updating must be part of your career.
