ABSTRACT
These lines from T S Eliot's Four Quartets remind us of the basic truth about all journeys of exploration - that they serve above all to increase our knowl edge of ourselves, our values and purposes which give each of us our own personal starting points. That has been my cohering theme in what might otherwise seem to be a random collection of approaches to strategic planning.
